Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@aliviooffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Some orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. Great so far!
I've had the desk for about two weeks now, and so far I love it! Only concerns are that the predrilled holes for the controller are on the on side (so I had to drill new ones myself) and the instructions were not the best. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Overall I would definitely recommend this desk!

Love it!
I ordered the black Business frame only and put my own top on it. As soon as I assembled the frame.. I put both kids (5 and 7) on it and had them go up and down a few times :-). Likely not the exact intended purpose but the motors are supposed to be rated to 300 lbs so it had no trouble with that weight. Yes I am using it as a proper desk since and it works well. Very stable and smooth operation. Glad I chose this one over desks from that Allen key big store.
