Order Shipment:

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@aliviooffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Some orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. GREAT desk, but the top is a little bit disappointing
I love my new Effydesk! The only issues I have with it are all related to the top:
1. The colour is a little bit lighter than I'd hoped
2. The material is just particle board with veneer (I should have guessed this)
3. My top had a minor defect where the pre-drilled holes for the controls were on the wrong side of the desk (they were at the back, the side with the hole for monitor cables etc. instead of the front). It wasn't much trouble to drill some holes of my own in the front.
Despite nitpicks, the desk is sturdy and looks great in the room, and works perfectly.

Effydesk - Home Office Sit/ Stand Model
Delivery took quite a while and the 2 parts arrived a week apart. So, that aside, the product is excellent. Assembly took me about an hour but that was probably due to the assembler being a hopeless DIY'er. However, once built, it worked perfectly first time. It looks great and my wife loves the flexibility it offers in terms of moving throughout a long office-based day. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this desk.

Home office desk
Arrived beautifully packaged and all in perfect condition. Assembly instructions not all that clear. Just a picture was all that I needed. The raise and lower function is smooth and very quiet. Now I am making the top.
