As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@aliviooffice.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@aliviooffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Some orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. ErgoChair Pro - A great office/gaming desk chair that fits the ergonomic checklist. I had originally bought the blue version of the chair but due to my clumsiness, I got the cushion stained. I reach out to their customer support to see if I could get a cushion cover or buy a new cushion instead but they offered to send me a replacement of the cushion since I was still under warranty. What's awesome is that I could opt for a different color seat cushion to be replaced. :D Went for the black cuz it would be easy for me to maintain. But I just love how quick and simple they made the customer service experience to be. Love it! No hassle or stress at all.

Awesome Support, Amazing Product
Been using the ergonomics chair for a year, no complain. Although, the arm wrist peeled out as I am using the chair everyday. Customer support addressed the issue and replaced my arm wrist for free under 2 year warranty. Love the product 2 more chairs and desk coming.

I lost parts for my chair during renovations, and they were able to fully solve my problem by sending them to me, fully covered from the warranty. I greatly recommend this company!!

Very solid products and service
Have a chair and deskframe from these guys, and had great experiences with those. Also had part broken months after I purchased the chair, and they immediately took care of it and send me a new part! The only thing is that tracking the product wasn't accurate, but they actually delivered earlier, so that was nice actually.

The experience is simple and smooth
The experience is simple and smooth. I was pointed to the right places. However, I did have a specific need that was not covered clearly. The need being that I'm looking for not only a good chair but a chair that can slide into a smaller legroom of my current desk. I provided the dimension of the room but Kim shared a youtube video that I couldn't watch due to my network blockage, and when I did watch, it did not provide any number. Kim also just told me that the armrest can be adjusted, but I needed specifics. On that part, I was disappointed.
