Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@aliviooffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Some orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Quite happy with the desk. Looks professional and works the way I expected it to. I've been using it for about month now and I already feel it's been a great investment, makes working more comfortable. Setup/installation was easy due to the pre-drilled holes, so I didn't need anything other than the tools provided in the box. Dickson was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was really impressed with his responsiveness and eagerness to help. He really personalized the experience and was willing to be flexible in order for me to be satisfied with the purchase. Just based off the customer service experience and them being a local company, I would recommend EffyDesk. I recommended them to a friend and he is quite happy with his purchase as well. I suspect most other alternative options will provide a quality product like the one offered here, but they might not offer the same buying experience.
