The assembly takes only a few minutes and the product arrived in excellent condition. I had both a laptop and a monitor on the desk, and when raised about 8 inches it was a bit shaky. I was able to type on the keyboard but wouldn’t have wanted to lean on it too much more than that. At this price point, it is great. Despite all my measuring before ordering, I didn’t take into account the height of the bars. Unfortunately they interfered with my being able to open the drawers at the top of my desk. I think it would be beneficial for the manufacturer to mention the weight of the product. I also think the front stabilizing bar should have a place to secure it to the top.
It was quick and easy to assemble. On-time delivery Quality is amazing and can be moved around where ever you want.
This is one sturdy standing desk platform. It was an easy build - about 15 minutes. I bought this desk because I am working from home and I hate sitting all day. I looked at the hydraulic ones but then I figured that it would eventually get stuck in one position. The point of this desk is its adjustability but I was just looking for a studier platform to hold my computer when I am standing. The heavy, well-designed desk top does that, nothing will fall off this unless pushed. It can rotate up and down and it does it quite smoothly too. I don't use it for that so enough said. If you are concerned that this is rickety -it is not. If you are concerned that this is complicated to build - it is not. I am glad I bought it and recommend you do too!
