My ErgoSpring Standing Desk is stuck/locked and I can\'t raise it. What should I do?
Newer converters may be tighter until they are worn in. Lubrication will fix this issue, and you can use a standard lubricating oil to resolve this issue.

What is the height between the keyboard tray and the upper work surface ?

It is totally adjustable at any level between the max and min.
What\'s the area size of the keyboard tray?
The width of the keyboard tray is 64.5 cm or 25.39". The measurement of the keyboard tray on the vertical side is 30mm or 11.8".
I can\'t find the assembly instructions, where can I get them?
The main portion comes pre-assembled. The standing desk converter comes in 2 pieces, the main lift assembly, and the keyboard tray. So the only thing that you need to install is the keyboard tray itself.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@aliviooffice.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos sales@aliviooffice.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Some orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. Needed something for my home office and didn't have space for a full sized standing desk in my condo. This converter is perfect. I still can use my laptop and have a monitor screen on the platform at the same time. I did a lot of searching for Canadian companies, but some weren't actually based in Canada, and none of the other ones I looked at have been in business as long and I didn't want to buy from a company that won't be around in 6 months.
